This type of small craft was originally built in wood. Gaastmeer redesigned a 'Frysk Boatje' in steel. It's a racing class in the making due to the pace these easy to build boats are being produced. This design is available as a 'standard building kit' for amateur and professional builders. The building kit consists of a complete package of cut steel parts and construction drawings.
